Make Money Online by Writing:

Writing articles and posting your articles online is one of the most powerful ways to promote your business opportunity in today's market. There are many different styles of writing that can be very effective, and your writings must be done on a regular and consistent basis if you want to survive online. It has been proven that well written content will get your message to the internet masses whether your content appears in a web site, blog, forum or some other form of media that can promote what you have to offer.

Words can be extremely powerful in promoting a product or service. Straying from your subject matter even a little bit can be devastating to your overall effectiveness and online success. When writing you must keep your approach focused on the subject you select to write about and stick with the subject rather than rambling. Nothing will turn a reader off quicker than your writings straying off your topic.

It's a good practice to make a brief outline of your subject matter so you won't spend a lot of time on content that offers nothing relevant to your subject matter. Whether your words are spoken or written, your words can be compelling and can persuade individuals to take that positive action and purchase your product or service. Words can be interrupted by the reader in many different ways. Hopefully a positive outcome will develop so you can follow through with your thoughts and close the sale.

The title of your article should include two or three keywords or phrases so the reader can get an idea of what your article is all about. Many times this is referred to as the headline of the article. If you fail to grab the attention of the reader in the title, many of your readers won't look any further at your information. Your title should be catchy but not cute so the reader will continue to read what you have to say about your opportunity.

If you're like most readers they will scan read your page rather quickly: If you haven't caught their attention by then, you have probably lost that potential client and they will quickly move to the next site and do the same process all over again. Normally you only have one chance to capture the reader's attention. You must take full advantage of that chance if you want to succeed online.

Keep your headline as short as possible and still get your point across. Never use a general title unless a one word title explains what you're trying to convey to the user. A good example would be the term "Leads". This particular word is a general term, however, any online marketer will relate to the word because of the importance of "leads" to the success of their business.

Your title must be very clear, concise and deliver a specific message. Once you have compiled your article and reviewed it for content, spelling and structure, you will find a number of suitable titles for your writing. I always like to write my articles about a specific topic but never title the article until I have completed my writings. This makes it easier to find a suitable, relevant title to whatever my articles final outcome may have evolved into.

Once you've noted several different titles that can be used for your writing, then you can make a choice of which one best describes your overall content of your article. A good example here would be if you were writing about blogging, you could use the title of "Writing Blogs is Fun" may be a general title that has no meaning to the individual who is interested in blogging for promoting his or her business. A title of "Blogging to Promote Your Business Opportunity" may be more appropriate. Use your imagination a little here, and soon your writing will evolve into a powerful medium of communication.

As you progress in your writing and blogging skills you will find it much easier each time you write, to come up with an effective title. Practice makes perfect in this particular case. The more you write the better you will be at writing. You will find there is a particular segment of readers that will relate to your writings and will make it a point to subscribe to your RSS feeds so they can keep up with your writings because they like your style. You will create a following of avid, loyal readers that one day may become your next best customers.

Just remember, your headline is what is going to get the attention of the reader in almost every case. Make the headline catchy, write good relevant content in the body of your article and consistently write and blog in an effort to hone your skills in writing until writing becomes a second nature to your everyday activity.

In Summary: Create a powerful headline that will grab the reader's attention to your articles. Take some time, a little effort and a dash of creativity and come up with the very best title you can think of. Continue to practice to hone your writing skills and you're on your way to establishing a following of regular readers that will eventually recognize you as their authority on a given subject.

How Being an Optimist or Pessimist Affects Your Life!

Everyone is faced with decisions every day of our lives. Life is filled with change, and choices that we all must face. Depending on the circumstances surrounding an event your choice will probably be much different than just talking to someone, and telling them your story and then listening to their answers. Anyone you've explained your situation to, will look at the issue at hand and make recommendations from a totally different point of view than you will. It's all a matter of perspective based on information and facts available.

You can look at any issue you face, from many different perspectives. A good example of this is the view of the pessimist who views his life as a total loss and lives in his own world of self-defeat. The optimist looks at the situation totally different and see's every experience in his or her life as a stepping stone and the issue at hand as one more challenge in life's journey.

Why should we make the right choice here? Because every decision you make in life will affect your future in only two ways: either good or bad. Pessimistic attitudes are contagious and someone who is a pessimistic will drag everyone around them down, whether it's in their personal life, academic, occupational or political and a negative attitude will affect everyone they come in contact with. Having a bad attitude can even have a devastating effect on your physical and social well being.

Success with your online business will definitely be affected by your attitude. Of course being optimistic about where you want to take your site with the search engines is imperative if you want to experience Top Positions on Google and other fine search engines.

You must maintain a very optimistic attitude and believe that all the bad things you've heard about online marketing will not happen to you, and your every movement must be laser focused on becoming a success on the internet. You may not become one of the next dot com millionaires that we've all heard about, however, you can become very successful in your online efforts if you maintain a good attitude and work hard to make it all happen.

Whether you're a pessimist or an optimist, you'll be faced with choices that will require a decision to be rendered. This will be true with every aspect of your life. Remember it's a matter of perception. Is the glass half empty or is the glass half full. Your positive attitude will always make any challenge you face in life to be more acceptable and your end result will always be better for you and the ones you love. You may encounter defeat every once in a while during your lifetime, however, defeat is only temporary and will soon pass as soon as you analyze your alternatives, and make the right choices to the issue at hand.

The positive expectations of an optimist are evident by their attitude after a terrible fall. They get up, brush themselves off and continue with their journey to a successful outcome and consider the fall as just a mere bump in the road to achieving their goals. The optimist will always see opportunities in their life, rather than seeing any challenges as insurmountable. Your loved ones and those who you associate with will also be affected. Those around you who share a positive attitude will always gravitate to the positive surroundings generated by an optimistic individual. This is one area of your life that "opposites attract" does not apply to.

Optimistic attitudes in one's life will severely affect your business success as well. Have you ever heard of a successful Search Engine Optimization Specialist who was not optimistic by nature? Absolutely not! You will never hear of someone who is successful be considered as anything but optimistic in everything they do. I think Butch Hamilton the SEO Master said it best when he said "you are what you're thinking right now." If you think you can accomplish a goal, then the chances are excellent that you will do it and be successful. If you think you can't, then it probably won't happen for you.

People will respond positively to optimists because they are proactive and less dependent on others for their success and happiness. Those who are true optimist are normally accepted by people around them rather quickly, while than those who are always touting the philosophy of doom and gloom, panic and hysteria are treated totally different. When the going gets tough, the optimists get tougher and downright tenacious.

Some professionals say that "Optimists normally live longer, enjoy a healthier lifestyle and with their positive attitude records show that there is a measurable increase in the body's ability to fight off common colds, flu, and disease that others seem to attract." It has also been stated that an optimist will age better as well, as a result of having a good outlook on life in general.

Enjoy the benefits of a positive attitude which will make your daily online chores and duties more pleasurable, not only for yourself but also for those around you. If you think you can, you can, if you think you can't, you won't!

Blogging – Is An Excellent Way to Promote Your Business!

If you're just getting started in the online marketing game and don't know where to begin, then today's article may help you set some boundaries and perimeters in your new venture. Many of us have been in some form of sales for years and any good salesperson will share some features and benefits and then go for the close rather quickly. We've all been taught this approach right from the beginning of our selling career out in the business to business world.

Marketing on the internet is quite different and unless you take the time to learn the correct process of approaching potential clients, then probably we will be shot out of the saddle before we ever get started.

One of the hardest things to change will be the transition from our old embedded habits of trying to sell right from the beginning, and replace that old approach with quality relevant information to the potential client without trying to make the sale. The internet is all about good quality, relevant information covering any particular subject matter.

It takes an average of 7 contacts with an online user before they will make that all important decision to make the purchase with you or just click off your opportunity, and go away to another website on the internet. Once their gone, they are probably gone forever. One chance will probably be all you get, so make the best of it.

One sure fire method of getting and keeping the potential clients attention, is to blog on a consistent time frame basis about your business opportunity in a very low key information blog. Your blogs don't have to be long and boring, but they do have to be interesting, informative and capture the potential clients attention and hold their attention so they will come back often just to see what new information you provided today.

In an effort to provide new content for your blogs you will have to study your product or service and be as familiar with your opportunity as you are with the back of your hand. Research information by other authors and use some of their ideas in the overall scope of your articles final draft.

Never copy someone else's content and attempt to get away with it without giving the author credit for their quote in quotation marks. Include the author's name, title of the article and any other credits deserved in order to keep your reputation unquestionably clean and legal.

Review any notes you may have taken, make an outline of your thoughts that you've gathered while reading and researching other writings and start writing about that subject in your own words. You'll be amazed at how in depth your thought process can become when utilizing this method of learning to write. Write from the heart, write as you talk and write often to become a recognized author.

If you haven't started to blog yet, go ahead and give it a try. Blog about anything that comes to mind and then find a blog that you can post it to. Who knows you might be the next great information blogger to hit the internet. If you're into Network Marketing then write about how great it is to find value in your new found business opportunity.

When it comes to marketing your product or service, make sure you only promote one product or service per website. This will make it easier for your prospective clients to find you with the use of good relevant keywords about your product or service. In each site your goal is to write good relevant content to help people understand your business and purchase your opportunity.

Your content must be concise, informative, entertaining and written in such a way as to capture the attention of the user. But, there's more to it than just capturing the user's attention you must keep their attention to a point that the user will end up making a choice to either purchase your opportunity or click off your site and go somewhere else.

Don't get discouraged if everyone doesn't purchase your offering. Each person will have a different closing ratio even though they may be presenting the same product or service. The timing must be right for the sale to be made even though you may be the best salesperson in the world you're not going to close every sale on the internet.

People like to shop and compare value when it comes to internet purchases. By offering solutions to the users problems will get you closer, quicker than trying to use some of the common high pressure tactics we were taught and used in direct sales in the past.

People will respond if you can help them save money, make money, market their business opportunity more profitable, generate sales leads and introduce them to ways to free up some of their precious time using automated marketing systems that are affordable and effective.

It all boils down to helping people solve problems and fill their personal goals and needs, plus give them better value than the competition can provide.

So let's think about how blogging can help you overcome your blogging challenges. In this article did you picked up on the various articles you could write about your business? Think about the opportunities that it affords and the value you could write about that would help a potential client in their business or purchase commitment?

Procrastination - The Silent Killer!

We're talking about a situation here that affects most people in our society and has devastated many individuals future. We are talking about procrastination and how it affects our society in general. It is estimated that over 95% of people today are guilty of procrastination and over 20% of those individuals are guilty of habitual and chronic symptoms.

According to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: "Procrastination may result in stress, a sense of guilt and crisis, severe loss of personal productivity, as well as social disapproval for not meeting responsibilities or commitments. These feelings combined may promote further procrastination. While it is regarded as normal for people to procrastinate to some degree, it becomes a problem when it impedes normal functioning in ones life.

None of us want to admit that the procrastination in our situation is as serious as a psychological disorder; however, the end result of procrastination will always be the same. Procrastination has killed more good ideas and deals than anyone could possibly count. We all know that a choice has to be made and we keep putting it off just a little while longer. It may be something rather simple yet we all have that inner feeling that keeps telling us all the reasons why we should keep putting off that all important commitment to get the job done. As one author put it so eloquently "the worry is worse than the work", and yet we just can't draw ourselves to quite….get….started.

Procrastination appears to be just part of our human nature that we all possess. However, once that procrastination becomes a chronic situation in our lives, then the damage of not making a choice becomes a major factor in our lives. It will have a devastating effect on every aspect of our lives such as relationships, work challenges, finances and especially on our mental abilities to cope. Soon we will start doubting ourselves and this situation will escalate into more and more challenges in our lives that will occur as a result of our minds being trained to put it off till later.

Many times procrastination will evolve into destructive behavior. Drug addiction, alcohol dependency and gambling are some of the situations that many individuals procrastinate about. They are definitely concerned about this devastating situation, however, they won't make the choice right now to do anything about it. They all say "I'm going to do something about it tomorrow." Self destruction is the end result of many of these unfortunate situations.

There are many contributing factors that regulate any "putting it off" situation. Sometimes it's a chemical imbalance in the human genetics that triggers such behavior. Sometimes the cause for procrastination may be caused by anxiety, and there are some mixed opinions on this subject by the professionals. Sometimes it's just plan laziness which may be the true cause. Whatever the cause, each individual who is suffering from this problem must take back control of their lives before anything will ever change. Sometimes the only solution to resolve this situation is to seek help from a medical professional who is an expert in this type of problems. Sometimes the only solution is to turn to God our maker and trust in that higher power.

Some procrastinate simply because they consider themselves as perfectionist and if they can't do it right they will do nothing at all. I realize there may be some individuals that may legitimately fit into this scenario; however, many have used this excuse merely to do nothing. They procrastinate about doing something about their procrastination problems. Regardless of how much help your loved ones or those around you try to help in this dilemma the end result is totally up to that individual who is procrastinating to resolve a bad situation.

This brings us to the point of how procrastination affects us in our business lives. The same examples we've talked about above will definitely have an impact on our business lives and the success and failure of every business and is a direct result of a choice that was made at some time in the past. At that point and time a choice had to be made for the betterment of the business. Had the owner of the company had hesitated and procrastinated in making a choice, you can bet the outcome would have been totally different. On the other side of the coin some who procrastinated will never truly know how that choice that they postponed to a later time affected the outcome of their future and their families.

One of the main issues here is with defining procrastination in each of our lives. There are some things that we naturally must put off due to some extenuating circumstances. This is to be expected because each of us must face challenges as they develop and make choices based on the information at hand at the time the issues evolved. It is up to each of us to make an informed choice on everything we do. If each of us hasn't taken the time to research the alternatives to a particular problem, we have no one to blame for our failure but ourselves.

One of the most effective ways to help us make those all important choices is to set some perimeters on whatever the issue at hand may be. Prioritize what is important and what may have little significance on the outcome the immediate situation. This small step can become a major stepping stone to our successful outcome regarding any problem.

Distractions can be a major problem for many people who suffer with procrastination. With all the modern toys that we all have access to can really be a detriment to any kind of cure for the devastating problem of procrastination.

We have the options to play games on the computer, watch movies all day or go shopping, which are perfectly legal things to do, however, each of us must gain control of our destiny if we want to quit putting off today what we can do tomorrow. Statistics show that over 50% of all heart attack patients don't manage their lifestyle changes even though their Doctors gave them the choices of modifying their daily activities which could add years to their life. Procrastination is a killer not only to our personal experiences but to our businesses as well.

The solution to overcoming the problems associated with procrastination is to understand and define that there is indeed a problem. Make a detailed schedule of what is important for you and needs to be done right now. Don't put it off till tomorrow or next week, do it right now. Make a concerted effort to follow that schedule and fulfill each and every detail as soon as possible. Mark each chore off your list as soon as it's completed and go to the next item on your list. Suddenly you will find that each and every item you put on your schedule has been accomplished long before you thought it was possible. Then repeat the process again the first thing in the morning. Set down and make your list and do it all over again. By doing this on a regular basis you are changing a pattern that you've been used to and developing a new habit of getting the job done. Now you're getting over the procrastination that we've been talking about in the article. Congratulations!

Is Owning an Article Directory Right For You?

The popular phrase "the internet is the information highway" is so well stated. It is in fact stuffed with information about any subject matter you can think of. You will see pro's and con's on the subject and everything in between. How does all of this information happen anyway? To put it very simply, people like you and I write their opinion about a particular subject and post it up on the internet and immediately more information has been added to this huge library of information called the internet.

There are all kind of people from every walk of life who use the internet for their method of studying information about a subject, playing games, gambling, keeping in touch with friends, loved ones and so much more.

Over the last decade, the individuals who use the internet have changed as well as the search engine that provides the information to the user when a search query is made by a user on this marvelous ever evolving invention called the internet. More and more businesses are realizing the importance of optimizing their websites to gain more recognition by the search engines so when these queries do occur that the search engines can provide the most up to day, relevant information available.

Many of the owners of the high page ranking sites with the search engines are using article marketing as their primary thrust for gaining those highly coveted page ranking positions. Some of these businesses are devoting entire websites just for publishing articles. There is a definite reason for entire website to be devoted to article marketing and that's because of the powerful effects it brings to their website with the search engines.

Has your marketing specialist or consultant ever told you about this remarkable function that can draw massive back links to your web site? Probably not! They want to keep this a secret so they can capitalize on the massive traffic they will generate if you hire them to do your promoting.

Has you specialist or consultant told you about how powerful it would be for your web site if you added an article directory to your current website as a third level domain? Probably Not! If you are sick and tired of being left in the dust on the internet, then do something about it. Talk with the professionals at BLM Traders and see if you qualify for your own article directory.

One huge advantage of owning your own directory is that other well known authors on the internet who may not even own a website, they just love to write and post their writing anywhere they can. They are constantly looking for places to post their articles on a regular basis and many of them make a good living by ghost writing as well, for people who don't like to write, or maybe just don't have the time to write on a regular basis.

Many of these writers are accomplished authors and when they post to your article directory you have developed another avenue to take it one step further and generate some additional back links. How does this all happen? When someone comes to your directory to download an article on a particular subject your directory link must stay on the download. This article is then published in someone's web site, forum or another directory and your link must stay on the download regardless of how many people download in this chain of events. This soon becomes a viral linking system at its finest.

When a person downloads from your directory, you have no clue where that article is going to end up. It really doesn't matter because you are getting your links spread all over the World Wide Web.

If you are the one who writes the article then your name as the author, your business opportunity and your links will appear in the resource box at the end of your writings. You can gain a huge following of avid readers following your writings if you do it correctly. People who find your information in the resource box will find your 2-3 links to you business opportunity and hopefully they will go and visit your site and make a purchase of your product or service.

The resource box is normally limited to about 300 characters which will give you enough room to post your contact information for the public to see. Make the bio box attractive, informative and accurate. Place a couple of your keywords or keyword phrases in this area letting the user know what you're trying to marketing whether it's a product or a service. Services are sometimes harder to market on line than a tangible product. With proper optimization of your website by your optimization specialist either one of these commodities can successfully be accomplished. The whole purpose of the bio box is to drive traffic to your business opportunity. More traffic to your site = more sales = more profits.

Make sure your information in the resource box (or the bio box) is totally accurate and is relevant to what your writing are all about. If a user feels that you are less than honest about your information, nothing turns a potential client off quicker than if they feel you're trying to bait and switch. You only get once chance here with most of your readers, so use your space effectively.

Optimizing your Articles and Websites!

Every search engine optimization specialist seems to have a different take of how you should go about the all important task of optimization of your website. Today we want to talk about some of the basics that has been tried and proven to be extremely effective in every marketing campaign.

Some of these experts even say that an ezine article will normally take 6-7 days for your article to be approved so you should submit your articles on a Thursday or Friday. I don't think it makes a difference because I normally will publish an article every day or two if at all possible. Whenever the publisher gets around to accepting my article is OK because I have another article coming right behind it. If you're just getting started in this process, don't get bogged down with the time frame discussed above. Concentrate on the basics which we will cover in greater detail in a just a moment.

Optimizing the Title of your Article or Website, Meta Tags Description and your Keywords are the main ingredients you should focus on. You must spend a lot of time on researching keywords and must devote a lot of research into finding the right keywords for your marketing campaigns. Many times I will spend more time on my keyword research than I will spend on the construction of the entire website or article. The keywords that the users queries in the search area of the search engines is what the search engines match to your keywords and then publishes the final display of recommended sites for that particular query. It's all based on relevant keywords and keyword phrases.

When you're researching for the right keywords and phrases to use in your articles or content of your website, you should try to put yourself in the users shoes for a moment and think of what you would type in the search area if you had an interest in your product you're about to offer. Ask your friends and loved ones to help you in this process. All you have to do is ask them to think of what terms they would put in the search box of their favorite search engine if they were interested in your widget you're trying to market on line. They can give you some really good feedback and suggestions.

You might even look at some articles in some of the article directories you're familiar with and see what keywords that others have used when writing about your opportunities category. Then you might consider some variations on those keywords and keyword phrases. If you're selling a product there's nothing wrong with using information from your competition to establish which keywords will be best for your current marketing campaign. It is my opinion that a through keyword research is the foundation to a successful business venture.

We've discussed in some of our other writings about how important good relevant content is when writing copy for your website, writing an article, blog or forum. With any of the search engines, content is King and is vital if you want to earn "Top Positions on Google" and other fine search engines. What you say and how you say it is important and you must keep that point in the fore front of your mind whenever you're writing.

When you've completed your writing now comes the fun part of posting your writing on the internet. There are many methods of posting your article for people to see on line. One of my favorite ways is to publish to article directories including my own personal directory. You might want to consider owning your own article directory as well. Contact the eBiz Solutions Team at the contact information below to see if you qualify.

Make sure you post in the correct category for maximum exposure with the users and the search engines. Again you might want to use your competition and see where they have posted their information. This will help you choose the category that may best fit you particular needs. If you have the option to post your writings in more than one category or sub category then use that feature to your advantage.

One of the main things to remember here is to use your resource box correctly by keeping your bio description of yourself and company to about 300 characters. Try not to use more than three of your best keywords or phrases in this part of your writing. Make sure you hyperlink those three keywords and point them to your business opportunity.

If you need more information about how this process can work for you, feel free to give us a call.

Be Passionate about your Writings!

Most successful marketers will tell you that article marketing is probably one of the most overlooked venues of promoting your opportunity and could well be the most powerful affordable method of marketing online today. Then the question arises; "why aren't more people using this phenomenal marketing tool to promote their business opportunities?" The reason is clear and simple, most people don't know how to market correctly and no one has taken the time and effort to share this powerful method of marketing with them.

Most people I talk to say "I don't know how to write" and this may be a legitimate argument and why most people avoid writing altogether, but how do you know you can't write if you've never tried? As we've pointed out in some of our other writings, you learn to write by writing. The fact that the search engines put such a great emphasis on fresh new content, it's imperative that you learn to write early on in your marketing career. Write from the heart on a subject you know and are passionate about and see how your article turns out. Send me a copy and let me help you tweak the article and maybe even publish it for you in my personal article directory.

Writing articles may well be the easiest method ever conceived on how to build a viral marketing dynasty that will endure for many years to come. Writing is a powerful marketing tool that you and only you can control every aspect of its future as well as your online success.

When training people to market online it has been my experience that every individual who said "they can't write" has become an excellent, unique writer and many of these individuals now have their own blogs, forums and publish to multiple article directories every day. Some have even gone so far as to build their own personal article directory with many well known authors enrolling into their site as a contributing writer submitting their professional writings into my students directories. Talk about powerful marketing results!

Some people have a natural ability and write better than others. Some golfers are better at playing golf than I may ever be, but I still like to go out to the links every now and again and make a total fool of myself compared to the pro's that I watch on TV, but I don't care because I'm having fun.

The same is true with writing. The more you write the better you will become at writing. There is always someone who is looking for information that you will relate to and they will look forward to more information that your writings provides because you presented your thoughts in a way that they can totally relate to.

Let's talk for a moment about exactly what an article is and maybe this will help all of us to see the importance of writing articles. First of all an article is nothing more than information on any given subject from a different personal prospective. This can be anything from a basic concept to a very detailed technical description of something that is so complex the average person doesn't have a clue of what you're talking about.

I personally don't like the techie stuff, so I share my information on a very down to earth level that even my grandkids can relate to and many times they will share with me some of the most recent trends and lingo that will help me in my writings. This is an ongoing learning process that will never end. Learning is forever. Writing should be informative and entertaining for your readers.

I wasn't born with any special talents when it come to writing, in fact writing essays in high school and college was actually a major chore for me to do. Only after I got into online marketing did I realize that learning to write was one of the most important steps to this whole marketing process. The internet is all about information and the search engines place an incredible amount of weight on content in your website, blogs, forums, articles and other areas of correspondence including e-mails. So learn to enjoy the process of writing and experience the rewards that writings will give you in your "quest for success" online.

If you enjoy talking to people, then writing could well become a natural ability that you need to develop. One suggestion would be to write exactly as you talk …. Don't worry about using a bunch of high fluting words that no one understands what they mean anyway. Think of a subject and set down and start writing about how you feel about any issue, and be sincere about what you're thinking about and put those thoughts into writing. Once you've got the basic format written then go back and tweak your comments to a legible format and publish your writing online. You will be amazed how many people will read your writing and if you have a comment section in your article format then you'll be surprised at how many people will give you a good review just for your honest opinions.

On your first couple of articles you may want to write about something that you are totally passionate about. For example: If you're a gardener and have some helpful hints that will make someone else's gardening experience more memorable, then write about it and share your secrets with other gardening enthusiast.

You may want to write about helpful hints that will make your cleaning chores around the house easier and more sanitary. There have been some writers who have become extremely wealthy by writing and sharing helpful hints about natural cleaning aids. Don't try to prejudge what will work and won't work, just jump in with both feet and try your hand at writing. You'll soon learn how much fun and maybe even how profitable your knowledge really is. If you don't know how to write or maybe want some help in learning how to write more effectively, there are people who are more than willing to help you learn the art and science of writing.

Writing and publishing your articles will help people find your website explaining your business opportunity. More readers to your site …. means more potential clients …. which will result in more sales. Making money online is what the process writing and marketing is all about.

Writing Good Copy to Promote Your Business!

The internet is all about providing information to users on about any subject you can think of. The internet is often referred to as the information highway. There are all kinds of individuals, groups, clubs and business who are now experiencing the values of the internet. Each of these entities have different needs and goals that they are trying to fulfill, however, they are all interested in obtaining information from this remarkable invention called the internet.

Playing games online has become an addiction for many teenagers and some of the older generation attempt to make a living by gambling online. Steer clear of online gambling unless you have lots of money to burn. Gambling online may be interesting, fun and an easy way to kill time but it can also drain your back account rather quickly.

Online marketing has become an important element for many businesses both large and small and their online presence has been credited with some substantial bottom line profits many of those companies have never experienced before. Online marking has been growing in popularity every day with various segments of our society. There are numerous methods of promoting your online business and without some form of aggressive promoting your online business may never get off the ground.

With the downturn in our economy, higher unemployment and a lack of leadership by our elected officials the situation seems to be getting worse rather than better for more and more individuals. This dilemma in our society has forced many to search the internet for some kind of a workable solution to make additional income to fill their financial void. Many have gone even further and taken the big step of starting their own online business. This kind of ingenuity has made our country what it is today.

One of the big problems here is …. most of those individuals who are entering the online business segment of our economy don't understand how to promote an online business correctly. They don't understand there are two different segments they must please in order to be successful.

One of these entities would the users who visit the internet, searching for answers to specific questions. Your site must be pleasing in the eyes of the users and many people will make their choice to participate in your opportunity strictly by what they observe and not necessarily as a result of the content of your site. The other important segment you must be concerned about is the search engines. The search engines thrive on content, how your site is optimized in your source code and the relevance of your site information in regard to the keywords you're promoting. This is an ongoing process that must be learned and implemented into your everyday marketing activities if you want to be an online success.

Since there are numerous methods of promoting your business opportunity, I think it's necessary that we discuss briefly what some of the most powerful tactics you can incorporate into your marketing endeavors. One of the most powerful methods of promoting an opportunity is to learn to write blogs, forums, articles and good copy for your website.

Whether you're writing copy for your website, writing for blogs and forums or just sending out emails introducing your opportunity, the need for good copy must always be your top priority. Since you can't talk to people face to face and let your personality overcome any shortcomings in your presentation it's imperative that you learn to write a compelling, descriptive explanation that's acceptable to the general public and motivate them to make a choice of buying your product. Writing is the only option you have to close sales when marketing online.

Writing articles and publishing to directories is an excellent way to get your message out to the internet masses. Not only is this a good way to keep the user informed, but is a super way to build some powerful links and back links promoting your opportunity. With this method of promotion you can add links in the bio section found at the bottom of your writing pointing the user to your primary business. With a click of the mouse your user has the all important option to read further or click off you site and go to the next opportunity. If your copy is well written you have an excellent chance to capture the reader's attention and they will end up going to your site and reading the other good content you've written for your site.

By placing your links in the bio resource box at the end of your article you have about 300 characters to explain who you are and the links you want your reader to follow for more information about your business opportunity. Just like the content of your writing, you must make your information in the resource box interesting, non-threatening, compelling and inviting to the reader.

The purpose of the resource box is simple. The main objective of the resource box is to drive traffic to your website so the user who visits your site with the purpose of obtaining more information will eventually purchase your offering based on the content you've provided.

In Summary: If you're tired of promoting your business opportunity and getting no results, there's still hope. With the proper training you too can become an integral part of a successful online business. This process is an ongoing process that must be pursued with vigor and practiced often. Whether you feel you can write or not….you can. You learn to write by writing, and writing frequently. Information is what it's all about.

Blogging Your Way to Financial Freedom!

When you write a blog, do you make sure the title of your blog is keyword specific? Is your subject matter captivating enough to get the reader's attention and compelling enough to make the reader to actually read the information you are trying to share? Most blogs literally fail because the author of that blog has lost their passion about sharing good relevant content in their writings.

With all the blogs that have evolved over the last couple of years it's imperative that you keep your edge when writing quality information on any given subject. This scenario applies for writing to please your reading audience as well as being pleasing to the search engines. There is nothing easy when you're trying to convey your information in the form of blogs and forums. Make it a habit to optimize your blog each time you write just as you would if you were writing building a website.

This begins by using a couple of relevant keywords in the title of your blog. Just throwing some words in your title won't work, you must be keyword specific. It's extremely important to name your blog correctly the first time because there are no second chances to change your title once you've uploaded you blog on the internet.

You may want to use your geographic area in your blog title especially if you're trying to target market a particular area of the country. An example might be if you were blogging about a particular breed of dog. You could say something like: AKC Border Collie Puppies in Chicago Area. This is keyword specific regarding the breed of the dogs, AKC certified and sired in the Chicago IL area. This is about as specific as you can get.

It's best to use common ordinary English when explaining your product or service. Avoid the technical terms that are often used. Most people don't understand what all that techie jargon is about anyway. In a blog you can create some links in the content of your blog pointing to your business opportunity. If you're writing an article for posting in an article directory you must keep those links for posting in your bio area of the post. If you don't understand the importance of these differences then you should probably find a marketing specialist, mentor and coach to explain these differences.

Let me explain one simple reason for understanding this concept. Linking properly adds link value to your blog and website and if done correctly will help your page rankings with the search engines. Since the search engines love links and back links, you will see some rapid movements in your site positions changing by understanding how linking works. Make sure your blogs allows your links to be followed so they will be counted by the search engines.

Blogging can be a real complement to your website when you're promoting your business opportunity. Blogging is not a substitute when marketing but can and should work together effectively in all your marketing endeavors.

If you're a bit computer challenged it would behoove you to learn some HTML code. You don't need to become a master at building websites with all the flash and goodies, however, having a working knowledge of HTML code will make it easier for you to make some necessary changes to your source code without having to spend some high dollars on code experts if you need to do some minor tweaking on your blog, forum or website.

With a simple, effective blog you can earn some high page rankings with Google, Yahoo, Bing and other not so popular search engines by using quality links in your site and by incorporating RSS feeds for your readers. Most major blogging platforms support the use of RSS feeds. Use RSS feeds to your advantage.

Most blogs and articles are indexed just like a web page so make sure you construct your Title, Meta Description and Keywords in your source code correctly for the search engines. Placing links in your content area or in the footer is OK and should be pointing to your primary business website. Avoid using foreign links that have no value to your business opportunity.

You can use a blog to promote a press release and will remain on your blog much longer than the regular online press release which only last for maybe a couple of years. In your blog the press release can become a permanent link. You can gain a lot of credibility with a personal blog with good information. Many experts and reporters often follow good blogs, articles and forums.

Blogging is probably one of the most affordable methods for promoting on the internet that you can incorporate in your marketing strategies. There are many blogging platforms that are totally free and are extremely popular as well as powerful. If you look around you will see that some of the most popular reporters and experts are now using blogs not only to post current information but for their research as well.

Learn to write, post to blogs, forums and article directories if you want some excellent exposure for your business opportunity. If you don't understand how all these features work together, then seek the help of the professionals.

The eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in your blogging and marketing efforts. Call today for your free 30 minute "no obligation" consultation.

Use Blogs to Promote Your Primary Business!

If you're into blogging there are a few things you need to be specific about in regard to the theme, presentation, and use of keywords, just to name a few. Consistency is vitally important if you want to keep your blogs earning "Top Positions on Google "and some of the other fine search engines. If you don't post to your blog on a regular basis your blog will soon become non effective, stagnant and die in popularity with users as well as search engines.

Most blogs fail because an individual loses interest and fails to post consistently to the blog with new information. Blogging is competitive if you do it right. There are over 70,000,000 blogs out there on the internet covering every subject imaginable. By narrowing your focus on your blog content to a specific subject, you can dramatically improve your page ranking, visibility and popularity with the users who follow your opportunity information on the web.

Many individuals don't realize a blog can become very popular online and gain high page rankings if treated like any other marketing campaign. You must optimize for the Search Engines on your blog just like you would if you're promoting a website or any other promotional campaign.

By using some simple strategies in your blog like … incorporating some keywords in the title of your blog can become very powerful. Once you establish your blog name, you don't have the option to change the name. You can create multiple blogs, so if one blog is not doing well, just create another blog. When promoting your blog, think of the blog as being just another website you're trying to promote and put the blog in a search engine format which includes a keyword rich title, keyword rich Meta tag description and 10 to 15 keywords or keyword phrases pertaining to your subject matter.

Try to use words that a prospective client understands rather than industry terms and slang. Distribute your keywords throughout your content area and avoid spamming a keyword anywhere in your blog. A well written keyword rich blog is what the search engines are looking for. The users will find your compelling blog without all the hype and fluff to be more acceptable and will be more likely to participate in your opportunity.

In a blog you can include some links in your content area. You may have the best description of your product or service that was ever written, however, if there is no reference to where the potential client can get hold of you, will make your blog as non-existent to the users as well as the search engines. Every link you put in your blog will be visited by the search engine spiders for indexing just like they are acceptable in your website. The blog can actually point a whole new segment of the internet masses back to your primary business website if done correctly.

Just like in a website, your blog must be search engine friendly as well as user friendly. A blog can be a tremendous complement to a website which can be linked together with other websites for some powerful linking strategies. Blogging is just another powerful marketing tool that can be implemented into your overall marketing strategies.

Blogging is an excellent form of marketing for the beginner. You don't need to know HTML code to make changes in a blog like you do in a website. You will save a lot of time and effort by using the blogs to your advantage. A simple change can be made in a blog without having to change any source code.

It'll be to your advantage to learn a bit about RSS feeds and implement those feeds into your blog. RSS is the acronym for Really Simple Syndication and will help your readers to keep up with your most recent blogs in real time with a simple click of the mouse on the feed icon. RSS will also allow you to put your syndication on auto pilot if you will, by allowing your content to appear in others areas such as other blogs, forum, websites etc. with back links back to your website. This will enhance your visibility with the search engines because of the links and back links involved. Most blogging platforms now support RSS feeds. Use them to your advantage.

Depending on which blogging platform you use, each blog may become a permanent link or it could be that your links will drop from the internet after a brief online stay. This may also be true with press releases that you put in your blog.

Blogs are a great way for you to become popular as an authority on a particular subject matter. You can personalize your campaigns, brand yourself or become the expert on any given subject matter and you will build a large following of like minded people who enjoy your opinions. It's entirely possible that other experts or reporters will refer to your blog as the place to learn about a specific subject. This is an excellent way for you to be able to go directly to your customer base without any type of media filters found in other type of communication.

The value of blogging is unlimited. Use this powerful marketing tool to promote your personal opinions, political arguments or just use this form of media to promote your business everyday by posting a short note about your product or service. You will be amazed at the power this often overlooked marketing phenomenon will provide to your overall business success.

Helpful Tips on Article Writing!

Not every article you write will be a cookie cutter style of the last one you wrote or any future article you may write. Depending on your thought process when you are writing will substantially influence the outcome of any article you write. This is especially true if you are writing from the heart rather than following an outline designed by someone else. There are some basics that all of us must follow when writing, however, when completed each of us will have a unique article that will reflect our true feelings about the subject matter at the very moment of our writing.

Depending on our individual writing styles a different outcome will evolve. If there was a group of a dozen writers and the group was requested to write an article on a given subject that must contained only one predetermined word, each of those articles would be uniquely different from their counterparts. My point here is simple. Each time you write you will have a basic style you will write in, but, your finished product will be totally different from your last writing.

I remember when I was learning to write we had 35 in the class and Butch Hamilton the SEO Master made us all write about the same topic. We all had to write an article per day about the word "Leads". We all had to use the same title specifically named "Leads"; however, it was amazing how diverse the content was on each of those 35 articles. Every day for seven full months each of us had to write about the subject of "Leads." This was an assignment that I personally took to heart and wrote and posted over 200 articles online during that class. Only nine out of the 35 followed the process and made the final cut. What a tremendous lesson on writing Butch conveyed to those who survived this awesome assignment. Thanks Butch!

There are multiple places you can post your writings online. Some are effective and other places are designed as place to post your articles and return little to no value for your efforts. One of the best places to post your writings is in Article Directories. There are multiple categories you can post to and you can become very selective by laser focusing your writings to one particular group of individuals who have a specific interest.

If you're going to use the all popular blogging medium to promote your writings, some experts say you should keep your writing a bit more condensed and limit your character count to somewhere between 300-500 words. However, there is not set rule here, and longer article are totally acceptable if you need to write more wordy content to get your point across. I personally post the same article on both blogs and to Article Directories.

The ultimate purpose of a blog and an Article Directory are somewhat different, however, good relevant content is what each of these entities must contain in order to be effective in promoting your business opportunity.

Some writers are emphatic about the title being the key ingredient for a successful writing, stating that the title is the one single item that captures the attention of the readers. This is true to some extent; however, some titles are a bit misleading because the title may have nothing to do with the actual subject matter of the article.

It is the opinion of this author that the length of the article is a non issue if the content is relevant keyword rich and has the ability to get your point across in a true and straight forward presentation. Having a wordy content doesn't mean that the author is more knowledgeable than someone who may write shorter articles. Sometimes lengthy articles will lose some effectiveness because the reader may become bored.

Use good common sense when writing and keep it as short as possible, however, make certain that your article follows the normal flow of presentation by capturing the reader's attention, creates a desire for your opportunity, generates a sincere interest in your product or service and leads the reader into a natural closing the sale situation where the user will want to participate in your opportunity.

The resource box at the end of your writing should contain your contact information as well as some links that points to your business opportunity. Don't overdo it with hyperlinks; in fact many directories will limit you to 2-3 links within the bio information area. If your writings are informative and appealing to the reader a couple of links here will be sufficient.

We mentioned earlier about posting your articles to Article Directories. This is an excellent way to build massive amounts of links and back links pointing to your website. Owning your own directory as a third level domain on your primary website is a powerful way to promote your business opportunity. Other seasoned authors will sign up as contributing authors in your directory and when a download is done from any of the articles in your Article Directory your permanent links will be on that download which could appear on literally hundreds of thousands of websites, forums and blogs all over the World Wide Web.

Is Your Website Optimized?

Most of the websites online today are not designed to do well with the search engines. Many web designers know how to put all the flash, scrolling text and fluff in a site but don't know how to optimize a site for the benefit of the search engines. As we've discussed in some of our other writings the algorithms in each search engine is a bit difference and unless you know what a particular search engine is looking for, it's nearly impossible to be lucky enough to stumble on exactly what you need to do to make your site work effectively when the search engines sends their spiders to gather your information for indexing.

With the ever changing algorithms by the search engines, it's difficult to keep up with all the changes in their indexing strategies. This is where you need to seek the advice of a professional who keeps abreast of these changes and knows how to implement the new changes quickly. Just having a good looking website is not going to cut it with the search engines, so you must understand what to do, how to do it and then continue your process of learning and implementing your new found knowledge into making your site totally optimized for the search engines.

When you're designing a site and to begin to put your site together, it's important to follow the search engine guidelines of optimization in this process or you will never be seen by the users on line or the search engines. I talked to a gentleman yesterday who had a lot of scrolling banners on his site and couldn't understand why he wasn't being found online. The answer is simple; the search engines don't see pictures, scrolling text, banners and all the flash you put on your webpage. That is for the users eye appeal only, and may be necessary eye candy for users, however, not appealing to the search engines. Unless you optimize for both the user and the search engines your site will probably go nowhere fast.

Recently I read some information that I thought said it best. If users "can't find you via the search engines, you may simply have a great looking billboard in a cornfield." I wish I knew who wrote that quote so I could give them credit, because they hit the nail right on the head with that statement.

A well optimized website design is an open invitation for the search engines to visit your site often and follow your links from one page to another, check your source code for accuracy, they will verify your keywords listed and make sure they are relevant to your site and that your site has met all the rules and guidelines of their algorithms. If all these segments of your site are in order then the search engines will move your page rankings to higher positions. This is an ongoing process, so don't get discouraged if your page ranking makes some rather drastic moves every couple of days until the search engines figures out exactly where your site should be positioned in their indexing.

One suggestion that will help the search engines to crawl your site quickly and effectively is to include a site map. This will make it much easier for the engines to see that you have followed their rules and guidelines regarding the headers, titles, Meta description, linked correctly and used your keywords strategically throughout your content. With this sitemap the search engine spiders will follow your map and index your site accordingly. All of these functions are in the source code of your site and not readily recognized by the everyday users who visit your site.

Many of these elements of your site are not even considered by most website designers and developers or webmasters and as a result your website will soon wither and become stagnant. If you're currently at this point in your website experience, then you need to seek the services of a trained optimization specialist who may be able to make some quick recommendations that will help your site move in rankings with the search engines. The secret here is to build your site for the users eye appeal, but include all the search engines recommendations so you can attain better popularity with both of these entities.

Keep in mind when building or optimizing your site to use language that the general public can understand. A well rounded website should be easy to read, understandable without all the techie phrases and be simple to navigate for the general audiences. If there is some technical information that you need to include, you can do that by creating another page in your site dedicated to only techie information that the more technical user can refer to.

Once you've followed the plan of design, built your site and uploaded it to your server what do you do next? The old saying "if you build it, they will come" was obviously not made by someone who is an experienced website promoter.

At this point in this venture, your work has just begun. You must now work hard to get your site to appear online when a search query is made by a user for one of your keywords. You must build a list of potential clients that you can mail information to about your product or services. You must build links and back links to your business. These are functions that must become second nature to you in your everyday marketing activities.

This is a process that can be accomplished in two different ways. One is that you can learn the process and use your knowledge to promote any new opportunity you want for the rest of your life. The second options is to hire the services of someone who has already went through the process of studying, learning and consistently uses their knowledge to earn organic search engine rankings. You can follow either one of these paths, or you can do some combination of the two. This choice is totally up to each individual situation. If your time is valuable and you can afford to get the help you need, then start today on your new found information journey and enjoy the benefits of online success.

Blogging and Your Business Future!

The internet has consistently been growing daily since its inception over a decade ago, simply because individuals just like you and I are using the internet for more and more of our daily chores. One activity that most people use on a regular basis is the convenience of using the internet for most of their banking needs. Businesses are using the internet now for much of their advertising, other forms of marketing and saving money in their communications between the company employees and satellite offices. Virtual offices are being utilized by more small businesses than ever before. There are some definite reasons for all of this movement to online usage. It's quick, affordable and very effective in this fast paced world that we live in today.

Search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing have devoted an incredible amount of time, money and efforts to cater to the business sector of our society. We live in an electronic age of information and this demands different strategies to be implemented into the business world in an effort to be competitive on a global basis.

It's now much easier for us to find information, products and services with the use of the internet. The phone directory in hard copy is almost a thing of the past.

With the phenomenal growth that the internet is experiencing, the search engines have broadened their information base to include everything imaginable for the benefit of private sector as well as the business community of our society. With this change, the need for different approaches and strategies for marketing has evolved and change must happen if we want to stay competitive in our lives and businesses.

It has become common place for businesses to incorporate every method of online promotion imaginable to compete with this massive change that's taking place in today's society. Many methods of promotion once used even a couple of years ago, are today virtually non-existent.

One of the most powerful methods of marketing that has evolved from this massive change, is the advent of blogging. Many of us think of blogging as being a method of communication for the younger generation, in their attempt to keep in contact with friends or maybe for the busy mom to get information about the latest little league baseball schedule or soccer practice.

Back in the late 90's when Google acquired Blogger, they clearly understood that blogging was one of the new and upcoming crazes that would sweep the web by storm and sure enough they made the right choice by purchasing Blogger. Today Blogger is the largest, most recognized, most popular blogging format being used on the internet today. I personally have 45 blogs that I post to on a daily basis. Blogging is a powerful way to help promote any business opportunity quickly, as well as being affordable and effectively.

With the addition of Blogging to Google's overall long range business plans to become the biggest and best search engine in the world, they have rightly established themselves as the leader in search engines around the world. Now, all kinds of search engines can quickly send their robots to crawl websites for new content to feed their databases with new inforamation, in an effort to provide accurate search results when a query is made for any keyword or phrase by an internet user seeking the latest up to date information.

Blogs are crawled by the search engines spiders more often that regular websites, and if you have your blog linked to your website and your website linked to your blog, the results becomes a win-win situation for you rather quickly. Many individuals, business owners and webmasters are finding that blogging is one of the most affordable methods of getting your message to the internet masses. Search engines like Google actually spider blogs several time per day because of the new content being added.

The search engines love new content and sometimes your new content will be indexed and will be show up on line within a matter of seconds in some cases. This method of getting your information up and running quickly has become a more productive way to get your site recognized faster than any other method of marketing available today. This is about as close to real-time marketing as you can get.

Normally the search engines will crawl the World Wide Web maybe every 4-6 weeks or so for new content, unless you notify the search engines that you've added some new content to your site using the hand indexing method we mentioned yesterday in our article. I think you're beginning to see some of the advantages of blogging compared to other methods of promotions that some webmasters and SEO firms uses in their marketing strategies.

You can even get a bit more aggressive in this process by finding various ping engine services that will send out signals to multiple search engines notifying the engines that new content has been added to your blog or website. The huge advantage here is that each of the ping engines will notify countless smaller engines that use their services that new content has been added. The search engines then will index your information so much quicker than using the conventional promotion methods.

Never underestimate the power of blogging. If you're not totally familiar with what blogging is all about, then secure the services of a professional immediately and see what you've been missing. Blogging has become of age, its here and now, learn how to make blogging a part of your daily marketing strategies.

There are more than 70 +/- million blogs in existence today, and estimates indicate that a new blog is being added every minute of every day. You owe it to yourself and your business to get involved in this phenomenal, affordable, powerful marketing concept as soon as possible.

Search Engine Optimization and your Website!

Search Engine Optimization often referred to as SEO is overlooked many time by individuals, simply because most people don't understand what SEO is all about. SEO is more technical that just ordinary online marketing and the more you know about this process the better you will become at earning "Top Positions on Google", Yahoo and MSN, now known as Bing. By acquiring a bit of knowledge and understanding what the search engines are looking for, in a website when you're doing a marketing campaign can become the difference between a rewarding campaign and a total flop.

In this process of learning it will be necessary to learn some HTML code so you can tweak your website for maximum effectiveness for the search engines. As we've discussed before in some of our writings, you must make your site pleasing for the user, as well as the search engines.

Making your source code totally optimized for the search engines, they will send their spiders back to crawl your website, so it can be indexed correctly. The search engines love good relevant text in your site and by following this one simple process you can gain a lot of page ranking position. As you can see the source code and the visual aspects of your website must be in harmony, if you want to get the maximum exposure.

In SEO doing all the things that you read about won't necessarily guarantee you rankings in the top 10 of Google, especially if you haven't followed the basic rules and guidelines of optimization of your website. Many individuals often confuse SEO with regular advertising, and nothing could be further from the truth. These two functions are totally different in their purpose and implementation into your marketing strategies. If you don't understand the differences, then secure the services of a reputable marketing specialist who understands the differences and knows how to do both of these functions effectively.

To get to the top of the search engines is an art and science and you must learn the process to become good enough to earn those Top Positions with Google, Yahoo and Bing as well as some of the other not so popular search engines. Gaining those positions is one thing, maintaining those positions is another thing, and you must devote a great deal of time and effort to keep your high positions once they are attained.

Whether you're doing some basic optimization to your website or doing a massive campaign you need to make sure your site is optimized, and if not, then go back and start at the basics and work from there up to a fully optimized marketing campaign.

It's important to understand that humans are the users of your products and services, and that the spiders used by the search engines are robots. It's imperative that both of these elements are impressed with your site before you will get any business. The search engines are interested in, the source code of your website, and are text driven, while the user is interested in the appearance and quality of your information in your website. This will take some trial and error to consistantly produce a website that will comply with the needs of both of these entities.

Let's talk for a moment about the search engines. The search engines will send their robots out to crawl the World Wide Web looking for text regarding what your site is all about. The engines conduct several different task during this process. The process of crawling, indexing, processing, calculating the relevancy and retrieving information is the functions of what happens when the spiders come to your site.

There are different names used for this process. Some of the search engines call them crawlers, others will call them Spiders, Robots and of course the all famous Googlebot used by Google. Whichever one comes to your site the purpose is the same and that is to follow links from page to page and index everything, that they can find on your site that will help in positioning your URL properly on search results when a user types a query in the search bar of their favorite search engine.

There are over 20 Billion pages on the internet and it's impossible for any of these spiders to visit every page every day, so the robots will come back and spider your site quicker if you hand index your URL directly to the big three search engines when you add new content to your website. In most cases your site will only get crawled once every 6-8 weeks, so if you want your site to be crawled quicker, then do the hand indexing mentioned above.

When initially building your site, and making changes give some serious thought, as to what the search engines are going to look at. The engines won't look at pictures, flash movies, Java Script or password protected pages. There are some special tools that will help you check your site exactly as the search engines will look at it. This is a tremendous tool to have in your marketing toolbox if you want to make sure your doing it right.

Anything we listed about that the spiders can't see, will not be indexed. This makes that information of absoluetly no value to your search engine rankings, because the search engines will consider your information as non-existent because of the pictures, java script etc..

The next step of this process is for the search engines to index your website. This is when they go to their huge databases and retrieve the information that was gathered when the robot visited your site and gathered your information. The search engine then matches your website keywords with the search query by the user and will publish the search results in order of importance and rankings. Each search engine will give a different position of your site because of the differences in the algorithms of the various engines.

Many factors are considered in this overall process, such as relevant keywords, keyword phrases, keyword density, whether the title of the site contains keywords, the amount of keywords in the meta tag description and many other factors to numerous to mention. With a well rounded display of relevant keywords in your source code and your content area of your site, you may be listed by the search engines in multiple categories. This is a good thing, and will help you when any user, has typed one of your keywords in the search box of their favorite search engine looking for a product or service.

As you can see, each of the search engines has different algorithms and guidelines for listing your site. It is imperative for you to either understand these differences or secure the services of an SEO expert. If you're truly serious about earning "Top Positions on Google" and other search engines, then learn the art and science of optimization. Blogging To Online Success!

Blogging has been popular on the internet for several years now, and has evolved into one of the most powerful marketing tools one can use in your effective marketing strategies. It is estimated that every second of every day, someone starts a new blog. The big challenge for most individuals and companies is, they go into this aspect of marketing with little, to no knowledge, of the basic fundamentals on how to use this form of marketing to become a successful venture.

If you're not familiar with what blogging is all about, and how to work through the process of creation, optimization and managing a blog correctly, then you need to secure the services of a professional SEO organization. By securing the services of a reputable SEO group, you can save a lot of time and money in your implementation of this process into your present marketing strategies. Gaining the knowledge, and leveraging the experience, and knowledge of a professional will help your earn Top Positions on Google, Yahoo and Bing, much quicker than trying to learn strictly by trial and error.

For those who don't know what blogging is all about, I think we need to address the question of exactly what a blog is and its functions. A blog is actually a website that allows an individual, business or webmaster to create, publish and manage relevant information about your business opportunity or information you wish to share online. There is little to no expertise to set up a blog, and post your information of interest you want to share with the masses on the internet.

An excellent comparison between a website and a blog would be as follows. Many times a website is designed, built and posted, one time only and the average person expects the site to immediately be visible for all to see online. If your site is not frequently updated with new information, you will probably never see any movement on your page rankings with the search engines. The search engines likes blogs because you are posting to your blog with new content on a frequent basis. The more new relevant content you can put in a blog the quicker your blog will move up in page rankings.

If you would do a Google search for blogging systems, you will find there are literally hundreds of blogging formats that you can participate in. Some of these blogs are free, and many of them you will find charges from maybe a dollar or so to post, to some outlandish fees to other companies, claiming to be the biggest and best on the market. There are a couple of ways you can get involved in this process. You can host a blog on your own website or you may choose to host your blog with a blogging system provider.

Some of the most popular systems are Blogger, WordPress, TypePad and LiveJournal. There are numerous add-ons that you can incorporate in your blog which may appeal to you. One important factor here should be considered and that is don't put a lot of junk add-ons on your blog and distract from what your real purpose is for having the blog in the first place. Setting up an adequate blog can be done in a matter of a few minutes, even if you're a novice in this type of process.

There's over 70 million blogs online today and statistics show that over 30% of users are involved in some way with blogging. By reviewing these numbers, it's easy to understand why blogging is becoming an important element for promoting your business opportunity. If you're not going to blog on your website blog, then don't set it up as a part of your website. With no activity in your blog, the search engines will probably penalize you and reduce your page rankings. The search engines love new content, and much of their algorithms weight, is on how much new relevant content is added and how frequently you update your site. If done correctly, blogging can be a tremendous boost to your overall online success.

If you don't consistently update your blog and website your site will become stagnant to the user and the search engines and they, will quit coming back to view your site. No traffic coming to your web site will equal, no sales, and with no sales your site will soon fail. The reader can quickly see if there is new content being added because, the blogs are displayed chronologically , so the newest post will always appear at the top. How frequently you post is totally up to you. It's good to write everyday if at all possible, however, if your schedule is fractured every day, you may only be able to post once every week. Whichever schedule you choose, make sure you do it consistently. You will soon build a following of loyal users that may become your next best customer.

If all of this information is a little overwhelming to you, not a problem. The eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in your online blogging experience. Call today, for your free 30 minute, "no obligation" consultation.

Choosing the Right URL is Crucial to Your Online Success!

Choosing the right name for your business is always important to any new venture. If you're selling shoes, you wouldn't want to name your company Fantastic Dreams! Fantastic Dreams has nothing to do with shoes. You want something that is easy to remember and when someone thinks of you, they think of your company name as well. When they think of your company, they automatically think of you. You can address this important issue by looking for relevant keywords, that relate to your business opportunity.

When I'm doing a promotion for my clients, many times I will spend as much time researching keywords, as I will in drafting the actual business promotion plan. Everything regarding promoting your business, will be a direct result of what keywords, you use in your Title, Meta tags and content of your website. Your URL is the first thing your customer and the search engines see's, when they look at your site.

If in this process you can come up with a catchy name that is relevant to your business opportunity and easy for the customer to remember, that would be your best case scenario. That doesn't happen too often, so be creative and come up with a name that will work for your specific business. Large companies spend literally million dollars per year, coming up with catchy names and sayings to capture the potential users attention. Once you can make an M in the form of an arch recognizable and people can tell you what it stands for, then you've nailed the right combination.

Many of the real clever names and slogans have already been taken, however, you must tailor make your name and business opportunity unique, to your particular business needs. Putting a lot of thought into this process will save you loads of time and money in the future. It's difficult to make any changes to these two critical elements, once you've started to become recognized on the internet.

We mentioned earlier about having some keywords in the name of your company. This will make it easier for the general public to relate to your opportunity. Many people I talk to will remark that all the good names are already taken. Not really! You can take an existing name you like, and personalize it a bit and that domain name may be available for purchase as a domain name. A good example would be Ford.com, that name is already taken by Ford Motor Company and let's say your last name is Ford, what are your options? Use your imagination a little here. A good take off on the word Ford might be http;//af-ford-able.com or a take off on any specific word you want to focus on. Get creative and you will find countless names that can be applied to your business efforts.

There are various factors that must be considered when choosing that unique name for your business. Is your business local, national or international? What is the focus of your business? Are you a specialty business or is there a lot of competition in your industry? These are all questions that should be considered when putting your whole marketing program together.

If your focus is going to be more on the local area, you might want to put the name of your City and State in the URL. Targeting a particular geographic area can become a powerful way to beat your competition.

As we pointed out earlier, you are unlimited in your options with the use of dashes and periods since the search engine looks at them as spaces. One piece of advice is to use at least one keyword in your domain, however, don't use more than three keywords, because the engines may consider that you are attempting to spam. By doing your original keyword research you will be able to use many different combinations to your advantage. Ask your family and friends to help you in this selection process. Ask them what they would search for, if they were looking for your product or service.

The use of dot com, dot biz, dot net is a matter of preference. There are no hard fast rules here. My feeling is that most people will always think of a URL ending in a dot com symbol. Other symbols may be used and can possibly be effective, however, I recommend getting the dot com if at all possible.

Another consideration is the age of your domain. If you have an old domain that will work for your current project, then by all means us that domain. The search engines will put more credence in an aged domain over a new domain. Since many new businesses fail in the first year or so, there is a feeling that an aged domain has already shown stability and longevity.

Another factor you must consider would be how many links your aged domain has pointing to it. Does your aged domain truly reflect your current business objectives? Sometimes an aged domain can be used if you use the aged domain by adding a third level domain. This way you can used an aged domain with the third level domain referring to your current opportunity. If you're uncertain about some of the concepts we discuss here, don't hesitate to contact our Search Engine Optimization Marketing Specialist.

Links are important for any website, regardless of the age of the domain. Both quality and quantity of the links are important, and each of these segments has a different weight factor with the search engines. The primary goal is to have as many back links pointing to your website as possible. Link building is a long term process and will take months, and sometimes even years to develop enough links to really stand out above the crowd and your competition.

Keep in mind your present goals, as well as any future plans you have for your business when you're naming your business. If your thoughts are to expand in some kind of associate business later on, you might want to consider some kind of title that will cover your existing situation as well as your future plans, without changing your name a few months or years down the road.

A Search Engine Optimization Specialist can help you in this critical phase of building your business.
