Blogging Your Way to Financial Freedom!

When you write a blog, do you make sure the title of your blog is keyword specific? Is your subject matter captivating enough to get the reader's attention and compelling enough to make the reader to actually read the information you are trying to share? Most blogs literally fail because the author of that blog has lost their passion about sharing good relevant content in their writings.

With all the blogs that have evolved over the last couple of years it's imperative that you keep your edge when writing quality information on any given subject. This scenario applies for writing to please your reading audience as well as being pleasing to the search engines. There is nothing easy when you're trying to convey your information in the form of blogs and forums. Make it a habit to optimize your blog each time you write just as you would if you were writing building a website.

This begins by using a couple of relevant keywords in the title of your blog. Just throwing some words in your title won't work, you must be keyword specific. It's extremely important to name your blog correctly the first time because there are no second chances to change your title once you've uploaded you blog on the internet.

You may want to use your geographic area in your blog title especially if you're trying to target market a particular area of the country. An example might be if you were blogging about a particular breed of dog. You could say something like: AKC Border Collie Puppies in Chicago Area. This is keyword specific regarding the breed of the dogs, AKC certified and sired in the Chicago IL area. This is about as specific as you can get.

It's best to use common ordinary English when explaining your product or service. Avoid the technical terms that are often used. Most people don't understand what all that techie jargon is about anyway. In a blog you can create some links in the content of your blog pointing to your business opportunity. If you're writing an article for posting in an article directory you must keep those links for posting in your bio area of the post. If you don't understand the importance of these differences then you should probably find a marketing specialist, mentor and coach to explain these differences.

Let me explain one simple reason for understanding this concept. Linking properly adds link value to your blog and website and if done correctly will help your page rankings with the search engines. Since the search engines love links and back links, you will see some rapid movements in your site positions changing by understanding how linking works. Make sure your blogs allows your links to be followed so they will be counted by the search engines.

Blogging can be a real complement to your website when you're promoting your business opportunity. Blogging is not a substitute when marketing but can and should work together effectively in all your marketing endeavors.

If you're a bit computer challenged it would behoove you to learn some HTML code. You don't need to become a master at building websites with all the flash and goodies, however, having a working knowledge of HTML code will make it easier for you to make some necessary changes to your source code without having to spend some high dollars on code experts if you need to do some minor tweaking on your blog, forum or website.

With a simple, effective blog you can earn some high page rankings with Google, Yahoo, Bing and other not so popular search engines by using quality links in your site and by incorporating RSS feeds for your readers. Most major blogging platforms support the use of RSS feeds. Use RSS feeds to your advantage.

Most blogs and articles are indexed just like a web page so make sure you construct your Title, Meta Description and Keywords in your source code correctly for the search engines. Placing links in your content area or in the footer is OK and should be pointing to your primary business website. Avoid using foreign links that have no value to your business opportunity.

You can use a blog to promote a press release and will remain on your blog much longer than the regular online press release which only last for maybe a couple of years. In your blog the press release can become a permanent link. You can gain a lot of credibility with a personal blog with good information. Many experts and reporters often follow good blogs, articles and forums.

Blogging is probably one of the most affordable methods for promoting on the internet that you can incorporate in your marketing strategies. There are many blogging platforms that are totally free and are extremely popular as well as powerful. If you look around you will see that some of the most popular reporters and experts are now using blogs not only to post current information but for their research as well.

Learn to write, post to blogs, forums and article directories if you want some excellent exposure for your business opportunity. If you don't understand how all these features work together, then seek the help of the professionals.

Use Blogs to Promote Your Primary Business!

If you're into blogging there are a few things you need to be specific about in regard to the theme, presentation, and use of keywords, just to name a few. Consistency is vitally important if you want to keep your blogs earning "Top Positions on Google "and some of the other fine search engines. If you don't post to your blog on a regular basis your blog will soon become non effective, stagnant and die in popularity with users as well as search engines.

Most blogs fail because an individual loses interest and fails to post consistently to the blog with new information. Blogging is competitive if you do it right. There are over 70,000,000 blogs out there on the internet covering every subject imaginable. By narrowing your focus on your blog content to a specific subject, you can dramatically improve your page ranking, visibility and popularity with the users who follow your opportunity information on the web.

Many individuals don't realize a blog can become very popular online and gain high page rankings if treated like any other marketing campaign. You must optimize for the Search Engines on your blog just like you would if you're promoting a website or any other promotional campaign.

By using some simple strategies in your blog like … incorporating some keywords in the title of your blog can become very powerful. Once you establish your blog name, you don't have the option to change the name. You can create multiple blogs, so if one blog is not doing well, just create another blog. When promoting your blog, think of the blog as being just another website you're trying to promote and put the blog in a search engine format which includes a keyword rich title, keyword rich Meta tag description and 10 to 15 keywords or keyword phrases pertaining to your subject matter.

Try to use words that a prospective client understands rather than industry terms and slang. Distribute your keywords throughout your content area and avoid spamming a keyword anywhere in your blog. A well written keyword rich blog is what the search engines are looking for. The users will find your compelling blog without all the hype and fluff to be more acceptable and will be more likely to participate in your opportunity.

In a blog you can include some links in your content area. You may have the best description of your product or service that was ever written, however, if there is no reference to where the potential client can get hold of you, will make your blog as non-existent to the users as well as the search engines. Every link you put in your blog will be visited by the search engine spiders for indexing just like they are acceptable in your website. The blog can actually point a whole new segment of the internet masses back to your primary business website if done correctly.

Just like in a website, your blog must be search engine friendly as well as user friendly. A blog can be a tremendous complement to a website which can be linked together with other websites for some powerful linking strategies. Blogging is just another powerful marketing tool that can be implemented into your overall marketing strategies.

Blogging is an excellent form of marketing for the beginner. You don't need to know HTML code to make changes in a blog like you do in a website. You will save a lot of time and effort by using the blogs to your advantage. A simple change can be made in a blog without having to change any source code.

It'll be to your advantage to learn a bit about RSS feeds and implement those feeds into your blog. RSS is the acronym for Really Simple Syndication and will help your readers to keep up with your most recent blogs in real time with a simple click of the mouse on the feed icon. RSS will also allow you to put your syndication on auto pilot if you will, by allowing your content to appear in others areas such as other blogs, forum, websites etc. with back links back to your website. This will enhance your visibility with the search engines because of the links and back links involved. Most blogging platforms now support RSS feeds. Use them to your advantage.

Depending on which blogging platform you use, each blog may become a permanent link or it could be that your links will drop from the internet after a brief online stay. This may also be true with press releases that you put in your blog.

Blogs are a great way for you to become popular as an authority on a particular subject matter. You can personalize your campaigns, brand yourself or become the expert on any given subject matter and you will build a large following of like minded people who enjoy your opinions. It's entirely possible that other experts or reporters will refer to your blog as the place to learn about a specific subject. This is an excellent way for you to be able to go directly to your customer base without any type of media filters found in other type of communication.

The value of blogging is unlimited. Use this powerful marketing tool to promote your personal opinions, political arguments or just use this form of media to promote your business everyday by posting a short note about your product or service. You will be amazed at the power this often overlooked marketing phenomenon will provide to your overall business success.

The eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in your blogging challenges. Call today for your free 30 minute "no obligation" consultation.

Helpful Tips on Article Writing!

Not every article you write will be a cookie cutter style of the last one you wrote or any future article you may write. Depending on your thought process when you are writing will substantially influence the outcome of any article you write. This is especially true if you are writing from the heart rather than following an outline designed by someone else. There are some basics that all of us must follow when writing, however, when completed each of us will have a unique article that will reflect our true feelings about the subject matter at the very moment of our writing.

Depending on our individual writing styles a different outcome will evolve. If there was a group of a dozen writers and the group was requested to write an article on a given subject that must contained only one predetermined word, each of those articles would be uniquely different from their counterparts. My point here is simple. Each time you write you will have a basic style you will write in, but, your finished product will be totally different from your last writing.

I remember when I was learning to write we had 35 in the class and Butch Hamilton the SEO Master made us all write about the same topic. We all had to write an article per day about the word "Leads". We all had to use the same title specifically named "Leads"; however, it was amazing how diverse the content was on each of those 35 articles. Every day for seven full months each of us had to write about the subject of "Leads." This was an assignment that I personally took to heart and wrote and posted over 200 articles online during that class. Only nine out of the 35 followed the process and made the final cut. What a tremendous lesson on writing Butch conveyed to those who survived this awesome assignment. Thanks Butch!

There are multiple places you can post your writings online. Some are effective and other places are designed as place to post your articles and return little to no value for your efforts. One of the best places to post your writings is in Article Directories. There are multiple categories you can post to and you can become very selective by laser focusing your writings to one particular group of individuals who have a specific interest.

If you're going to use the all popular blogging medium to promote your writings, some experts say you should keep your writing a bit more condensed and limit your character count to somewhere between 300-500 words. However, there is not set rule here, and longer article are totally acceptable if you need to write more wordy content to get your point across. I personally post the same article on both blogs and to Article Directories.

The ultimate purpose of a blog and an Article Directory are somewhat different, however, good relevant content is what each of these entities must contain in order to be effective in promoting your business opportunity.

Some writers are emphatic about the title being the key ingredient for a successful writing, stating that the title is the one single item that captures the attention of the readers. This is true to some extent; however, some titles are a bit misleading because the title may have nothing to do with the actual subject matter of the article.

It is the opinion of this author that the length of the article is a non issue if the content is relevant keyword rich and has the ability to get your point across in a true and straight forward presentation. Having a wordy content doesn't mean that the author is more knowledgeable than someone who may write shorter articles. Sometimes lengthy articles will lose some effectiveness because the reader may become bored.

Use good common sense when writing and keep it as short as possible, however, make certain that your article follows the normal flow of presentation by capturing the reader's attention, creates a desire for your opportunity, generates a sincere interest in your product or service and leads the reader into a natural closing the sale situation where the user will want to participate in your opportunity.

The resource box at the end of your writing should contain your contact information as well as some links that points to your business opportunity. Don't overdo it with hyperlinks; in fact many directories will limit you to 2-3 links within the bio information area. If your writings are informative and appealing to the reader a couple of links here will be sufficient.

We mentioned earlier about posting your articles to Article Directories. This is an excellent way to build massive amounts of links and back links pointing to your website. Owning your own directory as a third level domain on your primary website is a powerful way to promote your business opportunity. Other seasoned authors will sign up as contributing authors in your directory and when a download is done from any of the articles in your Article Directory your permanent links will be on that download which could appear on literally hundreds of thousands of websites, forums and blogs all over the World Wide Web.

Is Your Website Optimized?

Most of the websites online today are not designed to do well with the search engines. Many web designers know how to put all the flash, scrolling text and fluff in a site but don't know how to optimize a site for the benefit of the search engines. As we've discussed in some of our other writings the algorithms in each search engine is a bit difference and unless you know what a particular search engine is looking for, it's nearly impossible to be lucky enough to stumble on exactly what you need to do to make your site work effectively when the search engines sends their spiders to gather your information for indexing.

With the ever changing algorithms by the search engines, it's difficult to keep up with all the changes in their indexing strategies. This is where you need to seek the advice of a professional who keeps abreast of these changes and knows how to implement the new changes quickly. Just having a good looking website is not going to cut it with the search engines, so you must understand what to do, how to do it and then continue your process of learning and implementing your new found knowledge into making your site totally optimized for the search engines.

When you're designing a site and to begin to put your site together, it's important to follow the search engine guidelines of optimization in this process or you will never be seen by the users on line or the search engines. I talked to a gentleman yesterday who had a lot of scrolling banners on his site and couldn't understand why he wasn't being found online. The answer is simple; the search engines don't see pictures, scrolling text, banners and all the flash you put on your webpage. That is for the users eye appeal only, and may be necessary eye candy for users, however, not appealing to the search engines. Unless you optimize for both the user and the search engines your site will probably go nowhere fast.

Recently I read some information that I thought said it best. If users "can't find you via the search engines, you may simply have a great looking billboard in a cornfield." I wish I knew who wrote that quote so I could give them credit, because they hit the nail right on the head with that statement.

A well optimized website design is an open invitation for the search engines to visit your site often and follow your links from one page to another, check your source code for accuracy, they will verify your keywords listed and make sure they are relevant to your site and that your site has met all the rules and guidelines of their algorithms. If all these segments of your site are in order then the search engines will move your page rankings to higher positions. This is an ongoing process, so don't get discouraged if your page ranking makes some rather drastic moves every couple of days until the search engines figures out exactly where your site should be positioned in their indexing.

One suggestion that will help the search engines to crawl your site quickly and effectively is to include a site map. This will make it much easier for the engines to see that you have followed their rules and guidelines regarding the headers, titles, Meta description, linked correctly and used your keywords strategically throughout your content. With this sitemap the search engine spiders will follow your map and index your site accordingly. All of these functions are in the source code of your site and not readily recognized by the everyday users who visit your site.

Many of these elements of your site are not even considered by most website designers and developers or webmasters and as a result your website will soon wither and become stagnant. If you're currently at this point in your website experience, then you need to seek the services of a trained optimization specialist who may be able to make some quick recommendations that will help your site move in rankings with the search engines. The secret here is to build your site for the users eye appeal, but include all the search engines recommendations so you can attain better popularity with both of these entities.

Keep in mind when building or optimizing your site to use language that the general public can understand. A well rounded website should be easy to read, understandable without all the techie phrases and be simple to navigate for the general audiences. If there is some technical information that you need to include, you can do that by creating another page in your site dedicated to only techie information that the more technical user can refer to.

Once you've followed the plan of design, built your site and uploaded it to your server what do you do next? The old saying "if you build it, they will come" was obviously not made by someone who is an experienced website promoter.

At this point in this venture, your work has just begun. You must now work hard to get your site to appear online when a search query is made by a user for one of your keywords. You must build a list of potential clients that you can mail information to about your product or services. You must build links and back links to your business. These are functions that must become second nature to you in your everyday marketing activities.

This is a process that can be accomplished in two different ways. One is that you can learn the process and use your knowledge to promote any new opportunity you want for the rest of your life. The second options is to hire the services of someone who has already went through the process of studying, learning and consistently uses their knowledge to earn organic search engine rankings. You can follow either one of these paths, or you can do some combination of the two. This choice is totally up to each individual situation. If your time is valuable and you can afford to get the help you need, then start today on your new found information journey and enjoy the benefits of online success.

Blogging and Your Business Future!

The internet has consistently been growing daily since its inception over a decade ago, simply because individuals just like you and I are using the internet for more and more of our daily chores. One activity that most people use on a regular basis is the convenience of using the internet for most of their banking needs. Businesses are using the internet now for much of their advertising, other forms of marketing and saving money in their communications between the company employees and satellite offices. Virtual offices are being utilized by more small businesses than ever before. There are some definite reasons for all of this movement to online usage. It's quick, affordable and very effective in this fast paced world that we live in today.

Search engines like Google, Yahoo and Bing have devoted an incredible amount of time, money and efforts to cater to the business sector of our society. We live in an electronic age of information and this demands different strategies to be implemented into the business world in an effort to be competitive on a global basis.

It's now much easier for us to find information, products and services with the use of the internet. The phone directory in hard copy is almost a thing of the past.

With the phenomenal growth that the internet is experiencing, the search engines have broadened their information base to include everything imaginable for the benefit of private sector as well as the business community of our society. With this change, the need for different approaches and strategies for marketing has evolved and change must happen if we want to stay competitive in our lives and businesses.

It has become common place for businesses to incorporate every method of online promotion imaginable to compete with this massive change that's taking place in today's society. Many methods of promotion once used even a couple of years ago, are today virtually non-existent.

One of the most powerful methods of marketing that has evolved from this massive change, is the advent of blogging. Many of us think of blogging as being a method of communication for the younger generation, in their attempt to keep in contact with friends or maybe for the busy mom to get information about the latest little league baseball schedule or soccer practice.

Back in the late 90's when Google acquired Blogger, they clearly understood that blogging was one of the new and upcoming crazes that would sweep the web by storm and sure enough they made the right choice by purchasing Blogger. Today Blogger is the largest, most recognized, most popular blogging format being used on the internet today. I personally have 45 blogs that I post to on a daily basis. Blogging is a powerful way to help promote any business opportunity quickly, as well as being affordable and effectively.

With the addition of Blogging to Google's overall long range business plans to become the biggest and best search engine in the world, they have rightly established themselves as the leader in search engines around the world. Now, all kinds of search engines can quickly send their robots to crawl websites for new content to feed their databases with new inforamation, in an effort to provide accurate search results when a query is made for any keyword or phrase by an internet user seeking the latest up to date information.

Blogs are crawled by the search engines spiders more often that regular websites, and if you have your blog linked to your website and your website linked to your blog, the results becomes a win-win situation for you rather quickly. Many individuals, business owners and webmasters are finding that blogging is one of the most affordable methods of getting your message to the internet masses. Search engines like Google actually spider blogs several time per day because of the new content being added.

The search engines love new content and sometimes your new content will be indexed and will be show up on line within a matter of seconds in some cases. This method of getting your information up and running quickly has become a more productive way to get your site recognized faster than any other method of marketing available today. This is about as close to real-time marketing as you can get.

Normally the search engines will crawl the World Wide Web maybe every 4-6 weeks or so for new content, unless you notify the search engines that you've added some new content to your site using the hand indexing method we mentioned yesterday in our article. I think you're beginning to see some of the advantages of blogging compared to other methods of promotions that some webmasters and SEO firms uses in their marketing strategies.

You can even get a bit more aggressive in this process by finding various ping engine services that will send out signals to multiple search engines notifying the engines that new content has been added to your blog or website. The huge advantage here is that each of the ping engines will notify countless smaller engines that use their services that new content has been added. The search engines then will index your information so much quicker than using the conventional promotion methods.

Never underestimate the power of blogging. If you're not totally familiar with what blogging is all about, then secure the services of a professional immediately and see what you've been missing. Blogging has become of age, its here and now, learn how to make blogging a part of your daily marketing strategies.

There are more than 70 +/- million blogs in existence today, and estimates indicate that a new blog is being added every minute of every day. You owe it to yourself and your business to get involved in this phenomenal, affordable, powerful marketing concept as soon as possible.

The eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in your blogging questions and challenges. Call today for your free 30 minutes "no obligation" consultation.

Search Engine Optimization and your Website!

Search Engine Optimization often referred to as SEO is overlooked many time by individuals, simply because most people don't understand what SEO is all about. SEO is more technical that just ordinary online marketing and the more you know about this process the better you will become at earning "Top Positions on Google", Yahoo and MSN, now known as Bing. By acquiring a bit of knowledge and understanding what the search engines are looking for, in a website when you're doing a marketing campaign can become the difference between a rewarding campaign and a total flop.

In this process of learning it will be necessary to learn some HTML code so you can tweak your website for maximum effectiveness for the search engines. As we've discussed before in some of our writings, you must make your site pleasing for the user, as well as the search engines.

Making your source code totally optimized for the search engines, they will send their spiders back to crawl your website, so it can be indexed correctly. The search engines love good relevant text in your site and by following this one simple process you can gain a lot of page ranking position. As you can see the source code and the visual aspects of your website must be in harmony, if you want to get the maximum exposure.

In SEO doing all the things that you read about won't necessarily guarantee you rankings in the top 10 of Google, especially if you haven't followed the basic rules and guidelines of optimization of your website. Many individuals often confuse SEO with regular advertising, and nothing could be further from the truth. These two functions are totally different in their purpose and implementation into your marketing strategies. If you don't understand the differences, then secure the services of a reputable marketing specialist who understands the differences and knows how to do both of these functions effectively.

To get to the top of the search engines is an art and science and you must learn the process to become good enough to earn those Top Positions with Google, Yahoo and Bing as well as some of the other not so popular search engines. Gaining those positions is one thing, maintaining those positions is another thing, and you must devote a great deal of time and effort to keep your high positions once they are attained.

Whether you're doing some basic optimization to your website or doing a massive campaign you need to make sure your site is optimized, and if not, then go back and start at the basics and work from there up to a fully optimized marketing campaign.

It's important to understand that humans are the users of your products and services, and that the spiders used by the search engines are robots. It's imperative that both of these elements are impressed with your site before you will get any business. The search engines are interested in, the source code of your website, and are text driven, while the user is interested in the appearance and quality of your information in your website. This will take some trial and error to consistantly produce a website that will comply with the needs of both of these entities.

Let's talk for a moment about the search engines. The search engines will send their robots out to crawl the World Wide Web looking for text regarding what your site is all about. The engines conduct several different task during this process. The process of crawling, indexing, processing, calculating the relevancy and retrieving information is the functions of what happens when the spiders come to your site.

There are different names used for this process. Some of the search engines call them crawlers, others will call them Spiders, Robots and of course the all famous Googlebot used by Google. Whichever one comes to your site the purpose is the same and that is to follow links from page to page and index everything, that they can find on your site that will help in positioning your URL properly on search results when a user types a query in the search bar of their favorite search engine.

There are over 20 Billion pages on the internet and it's impossible for any of these spiders to visit every page every day, so the robots will come back and spider your site quicker if you hand index your URL directly to the big three search engines when you add new content to your website. In most cases your site will only get crawled once every 6-8 weeks, so if you want your site to be crawled quicker, then do the hand indexing mentioned above.

When initially building your site, and making changes give some serious thought, as to what the search engines are going to look at. The engines won't look at pictures, flash movies, Java Script or password protected pages. There are some special tools that will help you check your site exactly as the search engines will look at it. This is a tremendous tool to have in your marketing toolbox if you want to make sure your doing it right.

Anything we listed about that the spiders can't see, will not be indexed. This makes that information of absoluetly no value to your search engine rankings, because the search engines will consider your information as non-existent because of the pictures, java script etc..

The next step of this process is for the search engines to index your website. This is when they go to their huge databases and retrieve the information that was gathered when the robot visited your site and gathered your information. The search engine then matches your website keywords with the search query by the user and will publish the search results in order of importance and rankings. Each search engine will give a different position of your site because of the differences in the algorithms of the various engines.

Many factors are considered in this overall process, such as relevant keywords, keyword phrases, keyword density, whether the title of the site contains keywords, the amount of keywords in the meta tag description and many other factors to numerous to mention. With a well rounded display of relevant keywords in your source code and your content area of your site, you may be listed by the search engines in multiple categories. This is a good thing, and will help you when any user, has typed one of your keywords in the search box of their favorite search engine looking for a product or service.

As you can see, each of the search engines has different algorithms and guidelines for listing your site. It is imperative for you to either understand these differences or secure the services of an SEO expert. If you're truly serious about earning "Top Positions on Google" and other search engines, then learn the art and science of optimization. If you don't feel you can learn the process or just don't want to learn, then you can call the eBiz Solutions Team for assistance in your marketing challenges.

Blogging To Online Success!

Blogging has been popular on the internet for several years now, and has evolved into one of the most powerful marketing tools one can use in your effective marketing strategies. It is estimated that every second of every day, someone starts a new blog. The big challenge for most individuals and companies is, they go into this aspect of marketing with little, to no knowledge, of the basic fundamentals on how to use this form of marketing to become a successful venture.

If you're not familiar with what blogging is all about, and how to work through the process of creation, optimization and managing a blog correctly, then you need to secure the services of a professional SEO organization. By securing the services of a reputable SEO group, you can save a lot of time and money in your implementation of this process into your present marketing strategies. Gaining the knowledge, and leveraging the experience, and knowledge of a professional will help your earn Top Positions on Google, Yahoo and Bing, much quicker than trying to learn strictly by trial and error.

For those who don't know what blogging is all about, I think we need to address the question of exactly what a blog is and its functions. A blog is actually a website that allows an individual, business or webmaster to create, publish and manage relevant information about your business opportunity or information you wish to share online. There is little to no expertise to set up a blog, and post your information of interest you want to share with the masses on the internet.

An excellent comparison between a website and a blog would be as follows. Many times a website is designed, built and posted, one time only and the average person expects the site to immediately be visible for all to see online. If your site is not frequently updated with new information, you will probably never see any movement on your page rankings with the search engines. The search engines likes blogs because you are posting to your blog with new content on a frequent basis. The more new relevant content you can put in a blog the quicker your blog will move up in page rankings.

If you would do a Google search for blogging systems, you will find there are literally hundreds of blogging formats that you can participate in. Some of these blogs are free, and many of them you will find charges from maybe a dollar or so to post, to some outlandish fees to other companies, claiming to be the biggest and best on the market. There are a couple of ways you can get involved in this process. You can host a blog on your own website or you may choose to host your blog with a blogging system provider.

Some of the most popular systems are Blogger, WordPress, TypePad and LiveJournal. There are numerous add-ons that you can incorporate in your blog which may appeal to you. One important factor here should be considered and that is don't put a lot of junk add-ons on your blog and distract from what your real purpose is for having the blog in the first place. Setting up an adequate blog can be done in a matter of a few minutes, even if you're a novice in this type of process.

There's over 70 million blogs online today and statistics show that over 30% of users are involved in some way with blogging. By reviewing these numbers, it's easy to understand why blogging is becoming an important element for promoting your business opportunity. If you're not going to blog on your website blog, then don't set it up as a part of your website. With no activity in your blog, the search engines will probably penalize you and reduce your page rankings. The search engines love new content, and much of their algorithms weight, is on how much new relevant content is added and how frequently you update your site. If done correctly, blogging can be a tremendous boost to your overall online success.

If you don't consistently update your blog and website your site will become stagnant to the user and the search engines and they, will quit coming back to view your site. No traffic coming to your web site will equal, no sales, and with no sales your site will soon fail. The reader can quickly see if there is new content being added because, the blogs are displayed chronologically , so the newest post will always appear at the top. How frequently you post is totally up to you. It's good to write everyday if at all possible, however, if your schedule is fractured every day, you may only be able to post once every week. Whichever schedule you choose, make sure you do it consistently. You will soon build a following of loyal users that may become your next best customer.

Choosing the Right URL is Crucial to Your Online Success!

Choosing the right name for your business is always important to any new venture. If you're selling shoes, you wouldn't want to name your company Fantastic Dreams! Fantastic Dreams has nothing to do with shoes. You want something that is easy to remember and when someone thinks of you, they think of your company name as well. When they think of your company, they automatically think of you. You can address this important issue by looking for relevant keywords, that relate to your business opportunity.

When I'm doing a promotion for my clients, many times I will spend as much time researching keywords, as I will in drafting the actual business promotion plan. Everything regarding promoting your business, will be a direct result of what keywords, you use in your Title, Meta tags and content of your website. Your URL is the first thing your customer and the search engines see's, when they look at your site.

If in this process you can come up with a catchy name that is relevant to your business opportunity and easy for the customer to remember, that would be your best case scenario. That doesn't happen too often, so be creative and come up with a name that will work for your specific business. Large companies spend literally million dollars per year, coming up with catchy names and sayings to capture the potential users attention. Once you can make an M in the form of an arch recognizable and people can tell you what it stands for, then you've nailed the right combination.

Many of the real clever names and slogans have already been taken, however, you must tailor make your name and business opportunity unique, to your particular business needs. Putting a lot of thought into this process will save you loads of time and money in the future. It's difficult to make any changes to these two critical elements, once you've started to become recognized on the internet.

We mentioned earlier about having some keywords in the name of your company. This will make it easier for the general public to relate to your opportunity. Many people I talk to will remark that all the good names are already taken. Not really! You can take an existing name you like, and personalize it a bit and that domain name may be available for purchase as a domain name. A good example would be Ford.com, that name is already taken by Ford Motor Company and let's say your last name is Ford, what are your options? Use your imagination a little here. A good take off on the word Ford might be http;//af-ford-able.com or a take off on any specific word you want to focus on. Get creative and you will find countless names that can be applied to your business efforts.

There are various factors that must be considered when choosing that unique name for your business. Is your business local, national or international? What is the focus of your business? Are you a specialty business or is there a lot of competition in your industry? These are all questions that should be considered when putting your whole marketing program together.

If your focus is going to be more on the local area, you might want to put the name of your City and State in the URL. Targeting a particular geographic area can become a powerful way to beat your competition.

As we pointed out earlier, you are unlimited in your options with the use of dashes and periods since the search engine looks at them as spaces. One piece of advice is to use at least one keyword in your domain, however, don't use more than three keywords, because the engines may consider that you are attempting to spam. By doing your original keyword research you will be able to use many different combinations to your advantage. Ask your family and friends to help you in this selection process. Ask them what they would search for, if they were looking for your product or service.

The use of dot com, dot biz, dot net is a matter of preference. There are no hard fast rules here. My feeling is that most people will always think of a URL ending in a dot com symbol. Other symbols may be used and can possibly be effective, however, I recommend getting the dot com if at all possible.

Another consideration is the age of your domain. If you have an old domain that will work for your current project, then by all means us that domain. The search engines will put more credence in an aged domain over a new domain. Since many new businesses fail in the first year or so, there is a feeling that an aged domain has already shown stability and longevity.

Another factor you must consider would be how many links your aged domain has pointing to it. Does your aged domain truly reflect your current business objectives? Sometimes an aged domain can be used if you use the aged domain by adding a third level domain. This way you can used an aged domain with the third level domain referring to your current opportunity. If you're uncertain about some of the concepts we discuss here, don't hesitate to contact our Search Engine Optimization Marketing Specialist.

Links are important for any website, regardless of the age of the domain. Both quality and quantity of the links are important, and each of these segments has a different weight factor with the search engines. The primary goal is to have as many back links pointing to your website as possible. Link building is a long term process and will take months, and sometimes even years to develop enough links to really stand out above the crowd and your competition.

Keep in mind your present goals, as well as any future plans you have for your business when you're naming your business. If your thoughts are to expand in some kind of associate business later on, you might want to consider some kind of title that will cover your existing situation as well as your future plans, without changing your name a few months or years down the road.

A Search Engine Optimization Specialist can help you in this critical phase of building your business.

Optimization Strategies to Help Build Your Business!

Any company who specializes in Search Engine Optimization understands that the relationship between the company and the client involves expectations of success in their marketing efforts. The client's expectations are sometimes greater than reasonable because the client wants results quicker than may be possible. The company representative should discuss with the client that results of optimization will vary in each individual promotion campaign and many time will take longer than expected.

Patience is a virtue when it comes to online optimization, marketing and promoting. Optimization on any campaign is a process that takes commitment, consistency and patience to experience positive results with any of the many SEO companies you may choose. Online marketing and optimization is totally different than any other advertising medium so different strategies must be implemented.

There are three main areas that must be considered when you're putting together an optimized marketing campaign.

First of all your optimization specialist must make sure your web site is optimized correctly with a least one keyword and no more than 3 keywords in your title.

Secondly, your marketing consultant must do some extensive research to determine exactly what must be done to make your site move in the search engine rankings. Normally optimizing your keyword area will help substantially. Twenty to twenty five relevant keywords are enough keywords to use for most websites. Using fewer keywords will help you to laser focus your marketing efforts. Be cautious and don't overdo it with your keywords. Don't use more than 3-5% keywords to content ratio. Keyword stuffing will kill any chances of good search engine rankings. In some campaigns I will use only one keyword if I want to laser focus my whole promotion campaign.

Third, your SEO representative must design a program for the short term page rank movement, plus design a long term blueprint that must be followed for long term results that will keep your site in top positions with the search engines once you get there. This process is not an overnight process and may take weeks, months or even years to earn and keep the organic page ranking positions you desire.

One critical element of any successful campaign should include a strategy of designing, implementing and building links and back links to your business opportunity. The search engines love links and the more links you generate the quicker your website will move up in ranking positions.

Keep in mind that if your product or service is competitive your results will take longer than normal to accomplish your goals. Some other reasons that will weigh heavily against you is improper source codes, junk code and duplicate content.

Don't be afraid to ask your SEO professional questions about what is being done to help move your site forward. Be willing to accept change if necessary to see the results you expect. Each and every campaign is unique and should be customized to your likes and dislikes, however, let your professional do his or her job in an effort to make it all happen.

If your SEO professional is not getting results, there is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion of whether his or her strategies will work to accomplish your online marketing goals. If your expert can't resolve problem quickly, then you might be wise to have a heart to heart talk with your representative and make some changes in your strategies to gain those high ranking positions you desire.

In some of our recent articles we've discussed some of the other variables that you may confront when you're promoting your business opportunity. Feel free to review any and all of these writings for tons of other Tips and Tid Bits about how to market effectively online.

Use Press Releases to Announce Your Business!

Marketing effectively online requires a number of different processes that must blend together and flow like a well oiled machine when you're promoting your business opportunity. Not everyone who markets online knows how to do this process and many don't really care to learn. This is where it may be to your advantage to acquire the professional services of a marketing expert to help you in this ever changing process of promoting your business.

One critical element many of the professionals use for successful marketing results is using press releases on a regular basis. Just putting out a press release by itself probably won't give you the recognition you feel you might deserve. However, including press releases in your overall strategies will make an excellent, well rounded, powerful marketing campaign come alive.

A press release for online distribution is rather easy to create, informative to the reader and easy to distribute. Your press release should include between 400-800 words in total and should be written in the 3rd person format. There are no limits regarding the amount of press releases you can write and distribute so use this marketing tool to your advantage.

If you've had something exciting in your marketing efforts then do a press release on that specific issue and share it with the masses on the internet. Let's say that you recently started using a remarkable marketing tool and you signed up as an affiliate for that product and the new system has been producing some fantastic results. Wouldn't that be something to write about in a press release promoting your affiliate opportunity and asking users to join you in your new venture?

Think about what some of your existing clients questions have been over the last few weeks and the answers you gave that client. Write them down and then expand on that issue. Think of other questions that you had when you first started using the program and write down the answers to those questions. You now have a basis for issuing a press release about your latest and greatest addition to your marketing endeavors.

Once you get your press release written and you've met all the guidelines for publishing press releases then publish your release on your website, blogs and any submission service that you can find that will publish your new found opportunity. Many of the free publishing services have a limited time they will leave your release live on the internet. In some cases you will find that these free services will only keep your release for two years or less.

By publishing your press release on your own website, personal or business blog, forum or possibly your own article directory, these releases can include multiple permanent links pointing back to your website. The search engines love back links so the more links you can generate the higher your page ranking will appear when a search query is made containing your keywords or keyword phrases. In article directories you can normally place up to three links in the bio area of your press release, blog or directory post.

Don't forget to hand index the unique URL of your press release to at least the big three search engines. Since most of the queries are made through Google, Yahoo and Bing your site should see some substantial movements in the search engine results. Some of the bigger press release companies are associated with some of the bigger most respected publishers on the internet so don't overlook this tremendous opportunity to get your name, your companies name and information in front of the major players.

Make your press release interesting, informative and don't try to sell your product through the press release. Many of the publishers will pick up on your attempt to sell your opportunity and will ban your information from being published. If one of these major players in the publishing business decides to pick up your information, they will distribute your release to literally thousands of other publishers and your article may even be picked up and featured by one of the big boys. I've personally had some of my press releases syndicated and ended up with hundreds of thousands of hits. This type of promotion is powerful if done correctly. If you don't know how to do a press release you can hire a professional marketing specialist to do it for you. Most of the time you can get a professional to write a good press release for about a hundred dollars on up. Believe me it's worth every penny of the cost to have it done correctly by someone who knows what they are doing.

There are some of the press release publishers that will distribute your press release for free. Some charge a small fee for each release they publish. The paid versions will normally get a better exposure than the free programs. The paid versions also publish quickly where some of the free publishers may wait weeks to publish. Many times the free versions don't even publish your information. If depends on their work load, the amount of paid releases they have and sometimes is seems like their mood even may play a part in whether they publish or not.

The paid versions of this process typically include better distribution to the news wires and search engines as well. It is my recommendation to go with the paid versions because of the extra value. It takes about the same amount of effort to do it right as it does to do it wrong. Let the system work for you the most effective way possible. In my experience with online marketing there are no shortcuts to get the results you deserve for the efforts you put forth. If you don't understand this whole concept, then acquire the services of a professional early on in any of your projects.

The eBiz Solutions Team is standing by to assist you in your Press Release desires and needs. Call today for your free 30 minute "no obligation" consultation.

Organic Search Engine Rankings!

Every once in awhile you'll see a company which states they will "guarantee" you a "Top Positions on Google" is you pay them some outlandish fees. With the ever changing algorithms of the Search Engines this should be a red flag for you not to get involved. Earning organic page ranks with Google and other fine search engines can NOT be bought….you must earn your organic position. The search engine algorithms are complex, ever changing and highly secretive regarding the guidelines and are only available to a selected few of the search engines staff. This is done for the purpose of leveling the playing field for all online marketers.

The reason Google must change their algorithms so often is to protect their paid advertising revenues that are generated by their pay per click Adwords programs. Sure you can use this form of promoting to get top positions by how much you bid on particular adwords and you can buy a top position even though you are a small company with no track record of quality products, zero sales or may have a questionable business ethics. This type of advertising is extremely costly if you want to pay for high rankings and top positions.

Changes are so frequent on the search engines you may see hundreds or even thousands of changes every single month. You will see your page ranking position be on page one of Google today and tomorrow you may show up on page 80 or maybe not show up at all. To be in top positions on Google and other search engines consistently takes a lot of work and implementing the right procedures in your marketing campaigns. You should never consider falling for the lies of top organic positions with any company for any amount of money. No one can legitimately guarantee you organic top positions on any search engine.

Google algorithms will continue to change and the only way you're going to earn those high organic positions and keep them is to keep up with the latest changes and apply SEO strategies on an ongoing basis. Most people don't have a clue on how this is done and can't learn or don't want to learn this ever changing process. This is where you need to find an SEO Optimization Team that has a proven track record and is willing to work with you and your business to make this process all happen.

Letting your efforts dwindle even by a small amount can be devastating to your success and your competition will soon leave you in the dust. Don't get discouraged with how slow the rankings change with the search engines. Sure we all want success to happen overnight, but your success isn't going to be fulfilled quickly. It took Google 10 years to become the #1 search engine giant that we enjoy today. Building a site that consistently ranks high on the search engines can take months and even years to become a successful online venture. If you're not in this business for the long haul, then you might as well take a different direction right from the start.

Google has built a following of serious marketers that are passionately loyal to Google and statics show that over 75% of all searches online use Google as their choice of search engines. Other search engines as well as article and marketing directories use Google as their preference for their information source.

It's the goal of every online marketer to earn a "Top Positions on Google." However, there are only so many positions on page one of the search engines. Ninety per cent of all users on the internet won't search past page one of the search engines on any query for a specific targeted search. Most users have used Google and have seen the results returned on their queries; however, very few people even know what they are looking at.

One effective way to effectively market your business online is to use a combination of organic strategies and paid ads we discussed earlier. Paid ads consistently cost 8-9 times more than organic strategies so use good judgment when you decide which method to use. If you still are questionable about what to do, then seek the services of a SEO Marketing Consultant as soon as possible.

The search engines use certain guidelines that we've discussed in some of our other recent writings. Just to recap….you can be involved in paid ads which can be found normally on the right hand side of the search results page. Your positions will depend on how much money you're willing to bid for a particular keyword.

In Summary: Organic results of a search page accounts for about 70-80% of all clicks on the search results page. By simple analysis of the facts above it's easy to see which would be the best method to use for effective marketing solutions. The cost of organic marketing is more affordable, visibility is higher and management is minimal.

Paid advertisements have less exposure because of 20-30% click thru ratio, cost more to participate in and takes an great deal of time to manage.

Promote Your Affiliate Opportunity by Writing Articles!

Affiliate Marketing has been around for a while but most people really don't understand how it works and what has to be done to get a replicated site recognize by the search engines. First of all we need to have a common understanding of what affiliate marketing is all about and why certain things happen when promoting affiliate sites. There has been an incredible amount of money made by some individuals who have studied the process and applied their knowledge to market effectively using the affiliated marketing strategies they've learned.

The whole concept of affiliate marketing is to allow individuals to promote other peoples products or business opportunities. This is accomplished by having your own sales splash page pointing to the main their website and you getting paid a commission for advertising and promoting their business. There's no investment here except for the affiliate's time spent for these promotional activities and directing new customers to the company's main website.

Commissions vary with each company who offer affiliate programs so it's up to each person who wants this type of setup as their primary method of marketing online. There are numerous products and services that you can get involved with by typing in the Google Search Bar the term affiliate business opportunities. Make sure you understand how and when you will be paid. Many companies will hold your commissions until you've earned a fair amount of commissions before they will pay. Some organizations require you earn as much as much as $250 before the company will payout any commissions.

You will probably have to promote multiple products and services in order to make a respectable income if affiliate marketing is going to be your only method of generating income. However, affiliate marketing is an excellent way to possibly earn some income while you're putting your own opportunity together. Some companies only pay for the initial transaction with a bit higher commission structure for the initial sale, however, pay nothing for any monthly payments that may be paid by your customer. Residual income in this business is imperative if you want to succeed for the long haul. Look for residual income for 2 to 3 level deep before you make a commitment to spend a lot of time on affiliate programs.

Avoid the pie in the sky programs that say you get paid 10 levels deep or to infinity. What a joke. This type of program may be good for the owner of the program or those who got in on the ground floor of the opportunity but probably not for you. By all means do your due diligence before you get involved with any type of "to good to be true" programs. Always avoid any type of pyramid schemes.

If you decide to go with any one of the types of affiliate programs we've discussed earlier then the question comes up of how to promote such a concept. Please understand that the search engines don't index replicated websites. So be very cautious about getting involved with an affiliate programs that demands you use their replicated site and has restrictions on what you can promote and how you do it. There are companies that can help you with this questionable method of marketing. Make sure you check out the various aspects of promoting affiliate opportunities before you jump in with both feet. Ask a professional marketing expert about affiliate marketing and whether this type of marketing is the best way to make money online.

One of the most cost effect methods of promoting any type of opportunity online is with a marketing concept often referred to as Article Marketing. By implementing article marketing into your overall marketing strategies you can create countless back links to your site plus substantial increase in traffic to your business opportunity. More traffic evolves into more sales and that's what marketing is all about.

There are some important points that need to be addressed about article writing especially if your thrust is going to be for affiliate marketing purposes. Writing articles is an excellent way to promote a specific product or services explaining the values your products or services provide for the users. Your product review should be interesting for the reader and should be in a low key, non threatening format. Once you've provided this valuable information to the reader, make sure you have some links at the bottom of the article which will point the users to the main web site sales page for additional information

The information in your splash page should be clear, concise and informative and blend smoothly into your contact information in the resource box at the bottom of the splash page. This is where you should place your links to your website and product pages for the user's convenience. Sometimes you may want to include some form of incentive to entice your readers to participate in your opportunity. Just be sure to ask for the users contact information if you're giving something away.

In Conclusion: Affiliate Marketing is a good way to make some extra money while you're getting a primary business together. Do your due diligence when getting involved with any affiliate program and be sure the company you're dealing with offers a residual commissions on all future monthly subscription payments made by your customers. Use marketing tools that will make your marketing duties easy, affordable and effective.
