Working a 9 to 5 job has been the accepted norm for most people in our work force today. There are government regulations, that regulate most of our choices in the work place. The government, says that if you work over so many hours per week that you must get paid overtime. Depending on how far you drive to work, and the method of transportation you choose, the toll you must pay, your fuel bills and other expenses can be staggering. Most of us just accept this expense, as part of the cost of getting a paycheck. Not only is the cost to get back and forth to our job sickening, but the time spent in traffic must also be considered. I have talked to people who spend 3-4 hours everyday just in their commuting to and from their jobs. What a strain on your body, dealing with the stress, high blood pressure etc., and then you have to work at least 8 hours on your job. Is this sounding at all familiar to you? and your daily grind. You must really love your job, to put up with all of these negative factors.
